Terrain Parks at Granite Gorge

Our terrain parks are designed to keep things fun, progressive, and accessible for riders of all ages and ability levels. Park layouts and features are updated regularly based on snow conditions, rider feedback, and seasonal progression, so every visit brings something new.

The exact features and layout vary throughout the season, with additions and removals made as conditions change. This flexible approach enables our crew to maintain a safe, fun, and appropriate environment in the parks throughout the year.

Parks for All Skill Levels

Our terrain parks are designed to serve a diverse range of riders: from beginners getting their first park experience to more advanced skiers and riders seeking to push their limits.

Park features are clearly marked by size:

S (Small)

M (Medium)

L (Large)

Signage posted to guide riders and indicate feature difficulty.

Riders are encouraged to progress gradually and choose features within their comfort level.

Know Before You Go

Using the terrain park comes with additional responsibility. All riders must follow posted signage and park rules at all times. Important safety guidelines include:

Helmets are strongly recommended.

Always inspect features before using them.

Obey all posted signs and feature ratings.

Follow the skier/rider responsibility code. We follow the NSAA Park Smart code.

Be aware of changing snow and weather conditions.

Always follow instructions from the mountain staff.


Riders should possess the necessary ability, equipment, and awareness before entering park areas.

A valid lift ticket or pass is required to access the terrain park.

All guests must complete a waiver when purchasing a ticket or pass.

Skier’s & Rider’s Responsibility Code

Always stay in control. You must be able to stop or avoid people or objects.

People ahead or downhill of you have the right-of-way. You must avoid them.

Stop only where you are visible from above and do not restrict traffic.

Look uphill and avoid others before starting downhill or entering a trail.

You must prevent runaway equipment.

Read and obey all signs, warnings, and hazard markings.

Keep off closed trails and out of closed areas.

Do not use lifts or terrain when impaired by alcohol or drugs.

You must know how and be able to load, ride and unload lifts safely. If you need assistance, ask the lift attendant.

If you are involved in a collision or incident, share your contact information with each other and a ski area employee.

Know and Obey the Code. It’s Your Responsibility.
