Grab a tube and let gravity do the rest! Our lift-served lanes deliver fast, safe fun for all ages—no lessons or experience required. The tubing hill is a thrilling experience.

Tubing Birthday Parties

Celebrate on the snow! Host a hassle-free birthday with lift-served tubing and a cozy spot for cake and presents.

  • Party flow: 30 minutes set-up, 2 hours of tubing, and 30 minutes for presents/cake following tubing.
  • Reserved tubing session for your group
  • Party area access included after your session
  • Bring your own cake & decorations
  • Optional add-ons available (hot cocoa, pizza, extra guests)

Group tubing rates available for parties of 10 or more. School groups and private events also available. Email info@granitegorge.com for details.

Know Before You Go

  • Only one person per tube.
  • Riders must be 32" or taller to ride.
  • Linking of tubes is permitted when weather permits. Safety is a priority and linking conditions can change rapidly—please follow staff direction.
  • All riders must use Granite Gorge tubes—no personal sleds or discs.
  • Helmets recommended; warm, waterproof clothing and gloves required.
  • Follow attendant instructions at the top and bottom of the lanes.
  • Operations may pause or adjust due to weather or conditions.

Snow Tubing FAQ

How long can I tube with my ticket?
You can tube all day during tubing open hours. We encourage guests to ride, grab a cup of hot cocoa or food and drink in the Roxbury, and head back out for more fun! We do not limit guests to a time slot.
Will I need to walk up the mountain to tube?
No. Our lift-served lanes bring you back to the top—just relax and ride.
Can I bring my own tube?
No. For safety and lane compatibility, only Granite Gorge tubes are permitted.
Do I need a pass for tubing if my child is tubing but I am not?
Only riders need tubing tickets. Spectators are welcome in designated areas.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes—all guests must sign a waiver once per season. Sign Waiver.
Do I need to reserve a time in advance?
We recommend planning ahead during busy periods and holidays; hours may vary with weather.
What should I wear?
Warm, waterproof layers, winter boots, and gloves. Helmets are recommended.
Can my child sit in my lap?
Only one person per tube. Lap riding is not permitted.
Can we link tubes?
Linking is permitted when weather permits. Safety is a priority and linking conditions can change rapidly—please follow staff direction.
Is this good for little kids (toddlers & babies)?
Riders must be 32" or taller. We have a limited number of child tubes available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note the lanes are fast and children must be able to ride down the hill independently.
Can I have alcohol on the hill?
Alcohol is not permitted on the tubing hill or in lift lines. Please enjoy responsibly in designated areas only.
Do I need experience? Will there be instructions?
No experience needed. Our staff provides brief instructions and monitors the lanes.
Can I tube with a medical condition?
Please consult your physician. Guests should be in good health and heed staff guidance; operations may pause due to conditions.
Can my dog come to the mountain?
We love our four-legged friends, but dogs are not permitted on property during winter operations.
