Frequently Asked Questions:

• Tubing Saturday, Sunday & Holidays are $35. Tubing is open from Saturdays 11-6 and Sundays 11-4
• Tubes are provided for you on the hill and are included in the price. There is a carpet to take you & your tube to the top! 
• Your ticket is valid to ride during operational hours. There is no time limit!
• A tubing waiver must be signed by each participant and by a legal parent/guardian for anyone under 18 year of age.
• Tubers must be 32″ tall and be able to ride in their own tube. There is no age restriction.
• Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• No lap riding permitted.
• Ski boots are NOT permitted on the tubing hill.
• No alcohol is permitted on the hill.
• No refunds. If your session is canceled due to inclement weather a voucher will be issued to be used for another date of your choice.
• You may not switch your ticket for another activity on the mountain
• We recommend snow pants, boots, gloves, winter jacket, hat or helmet (not required) and layers under coats. Helmets are available for rent at our guest services counter.

1. Age and Height Limit: Our recommended height limit is 32″ and taller. While this is a guideline, parents and guardians should assess whether the activity is appropriate for their child’s age, size, and comfort level before making a ticket purchase.
2. Variability in Speed: Please note that our tubing lanes consist of a single set and can vary in speed due to weather conditions, including snow conditions and temperature fluctuations. These variations can impact the intensity of the tubing experience.
3. Changing Conditions: Weather conditions can change rapidly, affecting the overall experience. It’s essential to be prepared for potential changes and adapt accordingly.
4. Busy Periods and Wait Times: Weekends and holidays are generally our busiest times. As a result, wait times to get to the top of the tubing lanes can occur. Please be aware that we do not provide refunds for waiting.
