Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds

Granite Gorge Mountain Park does not permit refunds of tickets (of any type), rentals or lessons at this time. Ticket times may be changed when applicable and is at the discretion of the manager. We are not required to refund or exchange ticket/rental/lessons due to weather or any other circumstances.  NO REFUNDS due to inclement weather. If you have not claimed your ticket and inclement weather is forecasted, you may change the date of your ticket for a day of equal value. Granite Gorge Mountain Park reserves the right to refuse service or dismiss any individual from the property.

Exchanges

If bad weather occurs before you claim your ticket you may exchange for a different day of equal value up to March 29th 2024.
