Party Details:
Host your next celebration with us and enjoy a full two-hour party experience packed with fun and delicious treats! Choose between two convenient time slots: 11 AM – 1 PM or 2 PM – 4 PM, which include snowtubing and reserved lodge space during your chosen timeframe.
Option 1: $150
- 🎉 2 hours of tubing (11 AM – 1 PM or 2 PM – 4 PM)
- 🎉 2 hours of reserved lodge space (same time as tubing)
- 🍫 10 hot chocolates topped with whipped cream, marshmallows, and chocolate drizzle
- 🚫 No food package included
Option 2: $185
- 🎉 2 hours of unlimited tubing (11 AM – 1 PM or 2 PM – 4 PM)
- 🎉 2 hours of reserved lodge space (same time as tubing)
- 🍫 10 hot chocolates topped with whipped cream, marshmallows, and chocolate drizzle
- 🍕 2 XL cheese pizzas (double cut) included
Both party options include:
- 👨👩👧👦 Up to 10 children and 2 parents
- 🎟️ Additional participants (children/adults) can be added for $10 per person (tickets are required for anyone tubing)
- ☕ Additional hot cocoa tickets available for $3 per person
- 🚫 Non-tubing guests do not require a ticket
Basic Party Setup (Included in Both Options):
- Both packages come with a Basic Party Setup, which includes:
- 🎈 Decor: Pre-delivered plates, napkins, and utensils arranged for your party, along with balloons set up (please note, we do not provide balloon inflation).
- 🥤 Refreshments: Soda/Water provided for the party.
- 🎉 Extras: PDF printable invitations for your guests and a coupon for each birthday guest for a future tubing visit!
What to bring:
- Tablecloths ( 1 table is rectangular, 2 are circular)
- You may bring themed plates, cups, napkins.
- Decorations! Balloons and Banners are allowed. Please do not bring items that hang on the walls or ceiling.
- Pinatas are allowed in some spaces. Please reach out to us to discuss if you’d like to bring a pinata.
- Glitter & confetti are not allowed.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancelation requests received 14 days or more prior to your party date will be refunded at the price paid, less a $25 service fee.
- Cancelation requests received less than 14 days prior to your party date will be refunded at the price paid, less a $50 service fee.
- In the event of inclement weather that prevents our tubing hill from opening, we will work with you to reschedule your party for another date.
